    Application Scope:

    Engineered to overcome PEM swelling challenges in direct coating  processes, allowing precise deposition of the catalyst layer directly  onto the membrane. After single-side coating on the supported  side of the membrane, this system performs high-precision,  high-speed coating and integrated drying of the catalyst layer on the opposite side. It is a critical manufacturing platform for achieving high-efficiency, high-yield mass production of fuel cell Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEA) and electrolysis Catalyst-Coated Membranes (CCM).
