Lead Hydrogen Intelligent’s single cell fabrication equipment supports continuous production speeds of up to 2.5 m/min while maintaining ultra-high alignment accuracy of ±0.5 mm, increasing single-cell production capacity to 6 PPM. This effectively overcomes key limitations of conventional processes that rely heavily on manual operations and suffer from low efficiency and inconsistent alignment quality.


In the critical stage of electrolyzer manufacturing, the company’s PEM and AEM electrolyzer assembly line sets new performance benchmarks across the industry. The system achieves stacking precision of ±0.1 mm and supports single-line production capacity of up to 2 GW per year, providing an efficient solution for large-scale electrolyzer manufacturing.


For coating processes, the large-diameter vacuum heating roll coater ensures excellent coating quality—with coating load uniformity controlled within ±5% and anode-cathode coating alignment accuracy below 0.5 mm—while supporting maximum coating speeds of 10 m/min. The system addresses longstanding industrial challenges associated with membrane swelling control, precision alignment, and high-efficiency drying during PEM double-sided coating. Meanwhile, the ion-exchange membrane coating machine is specifically designed for multilayer composite membrane production, achieving coating uniformity of ±1 μm and oven temperature uniformity within ±2°C—making it a key enabling platform for the mass production of high-performance, low-defect ion-exchange membranes.


In testing and sealing applications, the water electrolyzer test bench improves gas analyzer response speed by 75%, enabling precise adaptation across a wide power testing range and supporting simulation of wind and solar fluctuation scenarios. This effectively resolves key limitations of conventional testing platforms, including response lag and restricted testing ranges.
